Return conditions
Malfunction
Within 7 days after receiving the product, the product has a functional failure that is not caused by human damage, and the outer packaging, gift accessories are complete, not activated for use, and does not affect the secondary sales.
Quality problem
The goods are damaged, defective or inconsistent with the description, please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the goods, and provide relevant photos or videos (valuable products are recommended to record the unboxing and first use video).
Goods do not meet the demand
If the size is not suitable or you do not like the style, you can apply for a return within 3 days after receiving the goods (the goods must be intact). Need to contact customer service in advance, return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Merchandise not received
If you do not receive the item within 20-30 days after the estimated delivery time (within 25-40 days for batteries), please contact us at support@hpxgrc.com.
Returns are not applicable
Merchandise that has been used, installed or unpacked (except for quality issues).
Merchandise that has exceeded the specified return period.
Return Procedure
Please contact support@hpxgrc.com before returning an item.
Waiting for review
We will review and email the result within 3 business days.
Ship the merchandise
After approval, please send the merchandise back to the designated address with packaging, accessories and invoice. The merchandise should be in its original condition with all accessories.
Refund Processing
After the merchandise is confirmed to be correct, we will refund the original amount within 2 working days.
Shipping Instructions
Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer, unless it is a quality issue or incorrect shipment, in which case we are responsible.
If the product is returned brand new, there will be a 15% product storage and shipping fee.
HPXGRC does not refund shipping charges for non-essential products.
