Order Payment Guide

Notes:

  • We take transaction security and fraud protection very seriously, ensuring the safety of your information. All credit and debit card transactions require verification and authorization from us and the card issuer.
  • If your payment cannot be processed, please contact your card issuer for assistance first. If the issue persists, consider trying another payment method.
  • You can log in to your HawkSpeed account at any time to check the status of your order. If the order status shows "Payment Successful," it means your card has been charged. If you placed an order as a guest, please contact postmaster@hawkspeefpv.com or use the live chat feature on our store page for order inquiries.
  • If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipping, the order will be put on hold as PayPal will temporarily freeze the payment.
  • Different payment methods cannot be combined for a single transaction.

Why is My Order Status Still "Pending"?

A delay in order status may be due to the time required for payment confirmation synchronization between our systems and the payment processors. You can contact our customer care team in the following ways:

  • Use the live chat service at the bottom right corner of the page.
  • Send an email to postmaster@hawkspeefpv.com.
  • Click on the chat icon that pops up on our store page.

What to Do If Your Order is Declined?

If your payment is declined, you will need to place a new order as we cannot recover a declined order. To ensure your new order is not declined, please check the following:

  • The accuracy of your order information (such as phone number, email address).
  • The correctness of your card details, including the expiration date and billing address.
  • Enter the correct security code — the three-digit number on the back of the card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined the payment; it's best to verify with them.

If you have checked all the above and still encounter issues, try using a different card or payment method. If the problem persists, please contact postmaster@hawkspeefpv.com with as many details of the issue as possible, including any error messages you received, and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
