About Shipping  

Shipping Methods  
• Weight-based pricing; shipping costs displayed at checkout.  

• Express: DHL/UPS (3-7 days), fastest delivery to most global regions.  

• Standard: 4PX/Yanwen/FedEx/YunExpress, etc. (10-20 days), economical with broad coverage. 

• Batteries: Supports battery-specific shipping only, with transit times of approximately 15–35 days.  

Global Delivery: Supports most countries/regions. If a country is unavailable for purchase, it indicates temporary unavailability and will be added later.  

Transit Time Notes  
• In-Stock Items: Processed within 24 hours after payment. Shipped same day.  

• Potential Delays: May occur for out-of-stock items and bulk orders, resulting in delays of 3–8 days.  

Note: Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier. Uncontrollable factors like weather and customs clearance are beyond our responsibility. For delays, email support@hpxgrc.com for assistance contacting the carrier.  

Duties & Taxes  
• Shipments originate from China with default DAP (Delivered At Place) terms (excluding customs clearance fees).  

• Some countries may incur customs duties/VAT based on local regulations. Amounts will be communicated via email or online support.  

• If customs clearance delays result in return/destruction, related fees will be deducted from your payment.
